IMPORTANT: In order to receive a full refund on returns, you must return the unit in clean, saleable condition with uncompleted warranty card, instruction manual, and all original packaging, and contact us first. Your package must bear the Return Merchadise Authorization number you were issued when you contacted us about returning your unit.
