ANTHRAX
- Bacillus Anthracis
is a gram positive
bacterial spore at a 1.2 micron diameter size
Information About Removal or Destruction of Anthrax by Biozone Air Purifiers
Note: Specific tests using anthrax have not been performed on Biozone Air Purifiers.
Our standard
residential Air Purifiers emit ultraviolet power ranging
from 6,000 - 16,000 mw/cm2.
Air entering a Biozone unit is exposed to this power for
a time span that ranges from .5 to 1.0 second.
Therefore, Anthrax in the air entering a Biozone unit
would be destroyed at the rate of 70 - 99.9%.
In addition,
inside the units, high levels of purifying plasma and
ozone are maintained that would also increase the
destruction rate of Anthrax. The exact percentage cannot
be officially determined.
We also
manufacture high-output commercial air purifiers and
sanitizers as well as specially-designed custom units
that can be used to decontaminate an environment,
ridding air and surfaces of all contagions.
